Hongxiang Film & Media Production and Shaanxi Provincial Administration of Radio and Television Visit Abu Dhabi Creative Media Authority to Advance Bilateral Media Cooperation

On September 4, 2025, Hongxiang Film & Media Production, together with the Shaanxi Provincial Administration of Radio and Television, conducted an official visit to the Creative Media Authority (CMA) in Abu Dhabi to explore new avenues for cooperation in the creative and media sectors.
The visit was initiated, arranged, and coordinated by Hongxiang Film & Media Production, reflecting the company’s ongoing commitment to fostering collaboration between China and the United Arab Emirates in the fields of film, television, and creative industries.
During the meeting, representatives from both sides engaged in in-depth discussions covering a wide range of potential collaborations, including:
- Film and television co-productions
- Media content exchange
- Creative industry development
- Institutional cooperation between government and media authorities
- Support mechanisms for cross-border creative projects
As a key outcome of the visit, both parties expressed mutual interest in formalizing their collaboration through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between relevant government bodies. This proposed agreement aims to establish a long-term framework for cooperation and to support future joint initiatives in media production and cultural exchange.
The discussions reflected a shared vision of using media and storytelling as bridges between cultures, strengthening creative ties, and promoting sustainable collaboration between Shaanxi Province and Abu Dhabi’s creative ecosystem.
